Sales Manager Europe (m/f/d) (located in London or Cologne)
Your tasks
- Proactively managing a variety of in-house
accounts primarily in your area, presenting our program, processing orders, and following up/ liaising often with our distributors to
ensure timely fulfillment - Regularly traveling to, developing, and maintaining key partnerships
- Developing new business, from lead generation and initial sale to account management
- Building a trusted advisor
relationship with key accounts and maintaining strong,
long-lasting customer relationships based on growth - Preparing reports and
communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to
department director - Forecasting and tracking lead title and key account metrics
- Researching, identifying, and traveling to prospects in specific territories
- Sales and marketing support as needed for directors
Your profile
- Located in London or Cologne
- Strong Sales background
- Affinity with arts, architecture, interior design, pop culture or fashion
- Experience in new business development
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Commitment and flexibility to travel extensively
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations
- Outgoing, ambitious, and flexible with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Able to work well within a team and independently
- Excellent computer skills
especially with Microsoft Office and Excel (knowledge and
proficiency with advanced excel functions including VLOOKUP, IF, and Pivot Tables a huge plus) - A BA level or equivalent and/or relevant work experience
- A strong awareness of TASCHEN’s brand and a passion for our unique program
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
