We are looking for a dynamic and proactive fulltime

SALES OPERATIONS AGENT (m/f/d)

to join our international team in either London or Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service for both our customers worldwide. This role involves order management, resolving shipping problems (including import and customs issues), and providing after-sales support for our sales teams.

Your tasks:

• Provide exceptional customer service to TASCHEN clients
  
• Manage customer inquiries in English (additional languages are a plus) in a professional and timely manner
  
• Oversee order management, including handling payment and shipping issues
  
• Support of our sales colleagues and contribute to ensure smooth operations
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Production, Finance, and Controlling departments to address and resolve order-related issues
  
• Continuously seek ways to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience
  
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  

Your profile:

• Appropriate work visa, to work in London, UK or Los Angeles, USA
  
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or a comparable field of study
  
• Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or a related field desirably with a service company, consumer goods manufacturer or luxury brand
  
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes and customer service principles
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in German, French or Spanish is a significant plus
  
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and desirably with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  
• Experience with Zendesk (or other ticket handling system)
  
• Ability to work effectively and structured in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
  
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure within an international team
  
• Interest in the topics of our program
