• Preordered items are charged immediately and dispatched as soon as they become available.
• Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

United States & Canada Shipping

• Available items are charged and dispatched immediately. Preordered items are charged immediately and shipped when available.
• U.S. Delivery Estimates:
  • East Coast: 3–4 business days
  • Other locations (except AK, HI, VI): 5–6 business days
  • AK, HI, VI: up to 8 business days

  (Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.)

• Address Restrictions: P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
• High demand may cause dispatch delays of 8–10 business days for some TASCHEN orders.
• Canada: GST, customs fees, and import duties must be paid to the carrier before delivery.

U.S. Sales Tax

• Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC.
• Tax is calculated and added at checkout.
• Orders shipped to other states may be tax-exempt, but customers may still be responsible for reporting and paying state tax. Consult your state regulations for guidance.

Payment

• All prices include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods: AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Klarna (select countries), PayPal.
• Custom duties and import fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.

Order Changes

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after submission.
• Review your order carefully before completing checkout.
• If a parcel has already shipped and you need to change the address, please contact the local delivery company after the parcel arrives in your country.

Store Returns

• Refunds require a valid receipt and intact original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Discounted or opened items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Online Returns

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Online purchases cannot be returned to TASCHEN stores.

• EU Returns (including United Kingdom, excluding Canary Islands)
  • A return shipping label is provided at no cost.
  • Refunds for returned items (excluding shipping) will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a return, use our Returns Portal.
    
• United States & Canada Returns
  • If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable. Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • To receive a refund, return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery in the same condition you received them. Please include the original packing slip so your return can be identified.

• Delivery: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Allow up to 10–12 working days for full delivery. Undelivered parcels will be refunded; no replacements will be sent.
• Orders: Stock is confirmed only at dispatch. Orders cannot be changed or updated. For additional titles, place a new order. VAT numbers cannot be added.
