Create a Return

You may repeal your contract of purchase within 14 days of delivery.

For returns within the European Union (excluding the Canary Islands), we will send you a return shipping label at no additional cost. We will reimburse you for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the articles.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned to any of our stores.
