Systems Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Testing system developments to ensure functionality, stability, and compliance with business requirements.
- Supporting users by answering system-related questions and providing training
- Monitoring, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
- Developing and optimizing business processes by working closely with different departments.
- Setting up and maintaining EDI connections to ensure seamless data exchange with external partners.
- Implementing low-code solutions to enhance automation and efficiency.
Your profile
- Experience in IT project management, system development, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Shopify.
- Hands-on experience with low-code development platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
- Experience with EDI integrations and setups is an advantage.
- Scrum experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
