A signing with the photographer
On Saturday December 3, 2016 TASCHEN Store Berlin hosted an inaugural book signing with legendary photographer Peter Lindbergh. A crowd of more than 700 Lindbergh fans braved the Berlin winter and queued around the block for their chance for a signed copy of Lindbergh’s new TASCHEN monograph, A Different Vision on Fashion Photography. After the signing, guests enjoyed a glass of wine and a set from Thom Hanreich, musical collaborator of Pina Bausch and Wim Wenders.
Attendees included singer Campino; film director and gay rights activist Rosa von Praunheim; Stephan Erfurt, Chairman of C/O, Berlin; and Kimberly Marteau Emerson, attorney, human rights activist, and wife of John B. Emerson, the U.S. Ambassador to Germany.
