B2C Sales Operations Agent (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive B2C Sales Operations Agent (full-time) to join our international team in Cologne. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service for our clients worldwide. This role involves order management, resolving shipping problems (including import and customs issues), and providing after-sales support for our sales team.

Your tasks:

• Manage customer inquiries in both German and English (additional languages are a plus) in a professional and timely manner
  
• Providing exceptional customer service
  
• Oversee order management, including handling payment and shipping issues
  
• Maintain a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction
  
• Support of our sales colleagues and contribute to the improvement of sales processes
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistic, Production, Finance, and Controlling departments to address and resolve order-related issues
  
• Continuously seek ways to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience
  
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration or comparable field of study
  
• Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or a related field desirably with a service company, consumer goods manufacturer or luxury brand
  
• Strong understanding of B2C sales processes and customer service principles
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus
  
• Experience with MS Office, and desirably with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  
• Experience with Zendesk (or other ticket handling system)
  
• Ability to work effectively and structured in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
  
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure within a great team
  
• Interest in the topics of our program
